Latest Family News
Spring brings us through the birthday month of January and onto March where its time to start working on the yard. We had to replace one side of our fence in the back yard and will be working to save the other side somehow as its more hedge, less fence. We still hope to do some terracing in the back yard, but that it is a huge project. (much like updating the web page. HA!)
Who we are
We
are a family of four, two parents and two grade school children. In looking
at the details of our page, and current events, you will see that we are an
adventurous group. Summer and Winter breaks from school are usually filled with
unique experiences, fun and Disney! During the parent breaks, the adventure
continues around foodie locals and natural settings.
What is important
Friends
and family top our list, with a second to living and doing. We find ourselves
happiest when adventuring, finding new things to do and explore. We find it best
to add family and friends to the adventure and the combination cannot be
beat! Whether its Disney with grandparents, or the Oregon coast with friends,
or a foodie adventure with the gang, enjoying what life has to offer is the
important part of living.
On the horizon
Easter egg hunts, garden time, rubber duck race, 1880's day and some mountain biking are on the calendar in the next months.
What will summer 2012 bring? Off to Seattle, Six Flags, and maybe down to the ocean.. perhaps a stop at a goat farm or two? Plans are in the works.
Our school news
The girls are still loving the school. Kaylee is heading up the school
yard anti-bully patrol, Michele is the sun to her many orbiting 2nd graders.
Candice is on the board of directors and Michael is the garden master. We
